Applications are now open for the Land Accelerator Africa 2024, an incredible opportunity for companies operating in AFR100 initiative countries. This year, the program will offer two simultaneous tracks:
- Land Accelerator Africa: For businesses across the continent with innovative solutions for land restoration.
- Land Accelerator Landscapes: Focused on three specific landscapes: Kenya’s Greater Rift Valley, the Lake Kivu & Rusizi River Basin, and the Ghana Cocoa Belt.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the Land Accelerator Africa 2024, companies must:
- Operate in an AFR100 initiative country.
- Be locally-led and market-based, receiving revenue for providing goods or services.
- Be operational and looking to scale.
- Have a business model that contributes to land restoration.
Application Process
- Create an Account: Visit TerraMatch and create an account. Your organizational profile must be approved before you can start the application process, which may take up to 24 hours.
- Access the Application: After receiving approval for your organizational profile, access the Land Accelerator Africa application in Opportunities on TerraMatch.
- Complete the Application: Fill out the application form with all required information.
- Important Notes: When prompted to “select or create a pitch,” choose “Create a new pitch” to continue with your application. Disregard any irrelevant information on this page.
Important Information
- Save Your Progress: Your application progress will be saved automatically. You can close and continue later at any time by accessing your saved application under “Select Application Draft.”
- Submission Deadline: Ensure your application is submitted by March 15, 2024, at 23:59 local time. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Selection Process: Selection decisions will be announced on April 17, 2024.
