In partnership with the Estée Lauder Emerging Leaders Fund, Vital Voices Global Partnership is excited to announce the launch of the VV Visionaries programme for 2024. This programme is designed to support emerging female leaders who are committed to redefining leadership and driving social change.

VV Visionaries Programme
The VV Visionaries programme is a unique opportunity for women leaders from diverse backgrounds and industries to come together, learn, and grow. Through a combination of virtual courses, mentorship, and networking opportunities, participants will develop the skills and knowledge needed to make a lasting impact in their communities. Here’s what you can expect from the programme:
- Vital Voices Leadership Journey: Engage in a 7-week virtual course focused on developing the soft skills required for effective leadership.
- Learning from Estée Lauder Executives: Gain insights and lessons in leadership from executives at Estée Lauder.
- Certificate of Completion: Receive a certificate upon completing the fellowship, recognising your commitment to leadership and social impact.
- Annual In-Person Summit: Participate in an annual in-person summit to connect with other programme participants and leaders from around the world.
- Global Network: Join the Vital Voices global network of over 20,000 women leaders, gaining access to valuable resources, support, and opportunities.
Who is Eligible?
To be eligible for the VV Visionaries programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Identify as a woman and be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
- Have an established social impact organisation, business, initiative, or a clear vision for one.
- Be proficient in English.
- Fully commit to participating in the 7-week programme, including attending live virtual sessions and completing weekly assignments.
Technical Requirements and Accessibility
The programme will be conducted virtually, so participants will need access to a computer or phone with a camera and a reliable internet connection.
Programme Dates
- Cohort 6: June–July
- Cohort 7: August–September
- Cohort 8: October–November
Application Instructions
Applications must be completed in English and submitted by March 8th at 8 am ET. Applicants can expect the application process to take approximately 20 minutes. To ensure a smooth application process, it is recommended to save responses to short-answer questions in a separate document before submitting.
What Happens After I Apply?
